I.
TeBAS
shall:
1. Keep and store the information system log or any IT means
2. Maintain the confidentiality of the data kept and stored, and not disclose it without a reasoned warrant issued by a competent judicial authority.
3. Secure data and information in a manner that maintains its confidentiality and prevents it from being hacked or damaged.
II. TeBAS shall provide the users of its services and any competent governmental entity in the form and manner in which it is accessible, directly and continuously with contact and license details when required.
III. TeBAS and its subsidiaries shall exercise all the best practices without prejudice to the inviolability of the private life guaranteed by the Constitution.
IV. TeBAS shall maintain the privacy and confidentiality of its clients With regard to combating IT crimes specified in the Low No. 175 of 2018 issued on August 14, 2018.
